Hi PayPal Community,
i am working as a freelancer for a client to create some HTML/CSS pages for him. He did send me some money in advance in my Paypal account and i noticed that the payment says that it is "Eligible when you Ship to the address ...".
i wan't to check if this is safe for me as i am not going to deliver a physical product! this is all considered as a service !
i am afraid i get scammed by the client after i send him all the files i worked on.
is there a chance the buyer could scam me and get a refund after i send him the work ?
Could he open a dispute to claim a refund after a deliver the work to him?
