Looking to buy tickets off of craigslist via nfl tikcet exchange, if the seller never sends the tickets and turns out to be a scam, will I be reimbursed if I choose the "paying for an item or service" rather than "friends and family" payment option?

Yes but what does it say? Really? It talks a lot about doing business but nothing about selling or buying from an individual. I’m going crazy because I want to buy some tickets but there’s so many scammers out there, what do I do?
