Someone using PayPal to buy a download from Payloadz changed the price from $49.95 to $0.95. Is there a way to report this to PayPal? I don't expect to get the remainder of the purchase price but I would like PP to know that the user is making fraudulent purchases.

Does PP want to know about their members doing this?
It was an issue with payloadz. A feature that was supposed to be on as the default was not. That's been rectified.

I didn't know if PP wanted to know when PP accounts were used for fraud. If they're not concerned, I'll drop it.
