I recently sold an item to a seller and she claimed the item wasn't working properly (after 60 days) and filed a claim. The seller was supposed to return the item for a refund but instead, she sent a bottle of pills belonging to someone else! I am in shock. I don't know what to do. HELP!!

you are the seller and she is the buyer.
you can tell PAYPAL she returned pills, unfortunately if her tracking shows it has been delivered to you, robot will close the case, she wins.
then you will appeal and see what happens.
The problem is third party Paypal HAS No way to tell who is telling the truth, and in most cases, seller loses.
