Recently sold an item on ebay, provided tracking details via Royal Mail, who says it has been delivered to the address. Buyer saying they haven't received the item and opened an ebay case, which was closed in my favour. Buyer has now opened a paypal case. What can I do?

Hey jxxx0117,
I'm sorry to hear that the buyer has filed another case. As long as you provide the same details to PayPal, typically just the tracking number showing delivered to the address provided by the buyer, you'll be covered by Seller Protection. I hope this helps, and good luck with your dispute!
