Buyer making a claim

Hi everyone,

I am wondering what I can do about a buyer making a false claim for something I sold to him. This is a virtual item, it's virtual gold in a game. He claimed it to be an account on a game which is false, it was in-game currency(gold), but even at that, it's still a virtual item. There is no possible way for me to take back the gold I sold to him(or the account as he stated), so it is obviously false and he is trying to scam me. What can I do to raise my chances of winning this? The item is intangible and cannot be taken back.

Best to review PayPal policies for seller protection; there is none for virtual items.

A buyer can claim non-receipt and win because you did not provide a tracking number to show delivery.

PayPal is not a good venue for selling virtual items.
