I got an email stating that the buyer said he didn't recived item as described and buyer is making false statement about the item not as described. It is exactly as described in the for sale item as described and I have all documentation and proof. Paypal didn't even bother getting in contact with me for my side of the transaction details and just decided on the case in favor of the buyer. I'm not able to call them directly and hold times are above one hour or system just disconnects my call. Please help.
