Buyer is scamming me

I sent a jacket (canada goose) on october 29th and added tracking number so that when the buyer receives the jacket the funds, that are on hold, are release immediately in my account. The buyer received the jacket on november 3th. He said that it was a fake, I told him that i respect his opinion and to send the jacket back. he didnt answer. I called him 10 times and he answered once and told me to shut up and that it was the wrong number. The transaction (515$ usd) that are on hold doesnt appear in my history on my paypal account so I cant open a dispute.
