I denied a customer a return for an item and they filed a false unpaid refund claim on PP, and then just mailed the package back to me even though I declined the return. She mailed it back after she filed the falae unpaid refund claim. I do not want the item back. I have not opened the package and want to refuse delivery and have it shipped back to her. Will Paypal make me pay her back just because she mailed the item back without a return authorization? Can I refuse delivery and let Paypal review my case because I believe they will side with me against her false claim. Please help!

There is no such thing as a unpaid refund claim !!!
Did she file for non receipt of item OR item received but not as described OR unauthorised transaction?
Also how did she send it back to you, was it trackable?
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
