Buyer canceled order seller has to pay a $20 chargeback!
I had a client place an order, cancel it & PayPal removed $20 from my account. So unfair!!! Tried getting this resolved through online resolution center, however, I kept getting a message that "something went wrong". After many attempts, I called and have currently been on hold for well over an hour, after an employee, Casey, supposably transferred me to his manager. I'm beyond frustrated!!!
