Buyer buy item for 76$ when i ship the item he open case then he get refunded

First let me explain somthing , im shipping from Jordan Post , JP shiped to USPS and USPS ship the package to the seller.

My post here in jordan Provide me Tracking number but * this TN is vaild on jordan post tracking website , the buyer just hace to track the shipment on Jordan post tracker and when the shipment is leveaving on plane to the USPS he can't track it anymore on the jordan post website , Cuz ther's no any agreements between the Jordan post and the USPS.

So the only one way to track the shipment is when the buyer visit the nearest Post office and get his item.

How can i get any proof that the buyer is alredy get his shipment!

You probably can't.  Tracking needs to online for PayPal to see.  You could investigate other shipping services to find out which services do provide online tracking, such as DHL.

You could also phone PayPal support for more information.

you must use a shipper in Jordan which can provide you with tracking to his address in USA,if $750 or more,signed for.

DHL would be one,but expensive.

is there a customs number on the custom form,try typing it on USPS website
