Buyer Said Package Never Arrived

I recently sent a purchased package to my ebay customer via USPS, package had all necessary tracking info.

Customer claims it never arrived. USPS says it was delivered.

Customer has made some type of claim and her payment is on Hold in my Paypal account. I have done nothing wrong as I shipped her package as promised and USPS delivered it as per their tracking information. I have no control over the customers security at her delivery site to guard it from being stolen.

What is the necessary and proper thing to do in this case?

Did you include the USPS tracking number in the PayPal transaction details? Does that tracking number load successfully and show delivered?
