Buyer Open Item Not Recieved Case. Item refused by buyer.

I recently sold some garments to buyer in USA.

I produced them according to his own design and size chart.

About 1500USD trasaction.

 

He After about two months buyer open a case in paypal Item not recieved.

He didn't contact me even.

I hurry up work and shipped all and upload tracking information.

Today i got to know that buyer refused the package.

He says items not recieved. But after it reached t him he refuse the package.

 

I don't want items because we made it for him.

Very large sizes.

What will happen next? 😕

Please help.

You need to phone customer services and let them know as buyer protection does not cover ''custom made'' goods, as long as you can prove they were custom made with the invoice the buyer paid.

 

Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary page and use the phone option (if there is one in the country you are in) > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).
