Broken item purchsed on Ebay.

I received a dash cam from a company in China that was purchased on Ebay.

It failed after 2 weeks. I tried everything in the instruction manual but it will not function.

I tried contacking the seller, (365buyitnow), but they have not answerd my emails.

Do I have any recourse through Buyer Protection.

You can file a dispute for item received but not as described via the ''resolve a problem'' link lower left of your paypal summary page.

But you would be required to return it trackable first if you win the dispute before you get a refund.

Sometimes that is worth more than the item costs.

But that is what you get when you buy cheap stuff from China.

file on Ebay first,Ebay expects seller to pay for return shipping,but how would it enforce overseas transaction ,I dont know,call Ebay
