Early this morning (2:30am, while I slept), I had received an email with the subject "Log In right now !"
I only clicked the link saying "send me to my account" but did nothing further. Because I immediately saw the url stated '<removed> ' Looking at the email now, I realize there were signs there that I didn't recognize.
By clicking the link to go to the web page, did I jeaopardize my accounts at all? I did NOT log in on that page. I immediately closed it.

It's definitely good that you did not login to your PayPal account however, it's possible to pick up maleware behind the scenes when visiting a fake site. If you have not done so already, ensure that your antivirus software is current and you have all the latest updates/patches for your operating system. Then as a precaution, be sure to run a full system scan.
