Sold a pair of sneakers, buyer paid for. Item was paid for via Paypal, Item was shipped buyer received.
Now buyer is stating the transaction was unauthorized and there is now a negative balance on my paypal account minus the paypal fees for the purchase of the sneakers.
I can't use my account until the dispute has been looked into because theres a negative amount in my paypal account.
Anyone else run into this problem? How long does it take before a resolution is reached?
I don't think its fair that I am now being penalized because someone used their account and shouldn't have.
Any advise or suggestions?
