So, some background information: I sold 10 books for the mcat for $275, but the buyer claimed that I only sent him 9 books alone. They ruled in his favor with the claim, but I have proof of the weight differences in the shipments that I sent and the one he's sending back. I sent a package of older versions of the books that weighed 20 lbs 11.2 oz, but the website of the NEW versions of the books weigh 23 lbs. He's sending back a package that weighs 19 lbs 2 oz. The difference is 25 oz which is exactly the weight of the book he's claimed to be missing. Do you guys think I have a shot?
