I received yeet another letter from these folks for collection. These letters are not addressed to me Patricia......but to a name of C.N.....THis one I wrote on the envelope return to sender no one here at this address by this name. Is there a way to stop these scammers?
They are debt collectors, not scammers. You need to investigate any potential relationship betwee you, the recipient, and the real person with the debt. When you have sufficient details then report to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau
