After one year I still didn´t receive refund

Hi  I paid one item by paypal, I requested refund after 30days what was after paypal period to take action. What I can do if seller still don´t want to give me my money back? He said he paid it back by paypal but I never received this money. Where is problem?Can anybody help me?

Its far too long now to do anything about it now unless the seller agrees to it

Does the payment show as refunded in your ppal acc?

If it does then they did  refund if it doesnt then they lied
