Additional charge

Hello everyone,
I had several problems with Paypal in the past and have not used for a long time, I had to pay using Paypal and it created another problem, it charged to my credit card 135 USD more than the payment, tried to create a case and only allowed me to create a "unknown activity" case, which blocked my account, I had to upload my scanned ID to get my account again (the next day). Send and email several days ago and the only response is that they are reviewing it, I have not heard them since then. Called several times and it says everybody is busy and the wating time is 50 minutes to 1:15 hours! After many tries and waiting very long, somebody answered the phone but he could not help, transferred me to a "specialized", that call transfer took several minutes, after several minutes of conversation, the "specialist" said the system shows no additional charges and he did not know were the additional 135USD comes from. It was an "speciallist" viwwing a system that does not work fine. It was a waste of time!
I never ever use PAYPAL again, please do the same! Paypal has become a horrible company, I hope another company replaces it soon.
Thanks,
William

so you see a charge of 135 in your credit card statement.

if you dont see it in your Paypal activities and Paypal said it aint us,then it could be your credit card account has been compromised.

scammer often use description like paypal or ebay hoping you like many of us use Paypal often and wont recognise it is fraud.

I would file chargeback with my cc issuer and find out where it is coming from?

No, I DO NOT see a 135 USD in my credit card statement, Paypal charged 135 USD more to a payment I did, let's say, I paid 300 USD and Paypal for that transaction charged 435 USD to my credit card.

After a long time I got a response for my email and, well, it only reflects how horrible Paypal has become, the response email says to login into my account and follow the instructions in the prompt screns, I logged in an nothing happened, no prompt screens, no solution. Is also says they are doing it because they are concerned about my security and are taking care of, seriously? It says nothing about my problem.

Thanks,

William
