Great question! This would depend on what kind of claim you have open, and whether you're the buyer or the seller. You should have an option in your Resolution Center to provide more information to us if we've requested it. If not, you can contact us by phone or email, or on Facebook or Twitter, and we can help with getting that information added. 🙂 I hope this helps!
