I'm new to the whole paypal thing and I have put a few items on the Facebook Marketplace to sell. Someone who is interested in an item of mine wants to pay using paypal. I have heard that after someone buys something, they could say that they never received the item and the charge could be refunded to them even if they did get it. Is this true? I don't want this person to take the item and then get the charge reversed.
