You need to tell me who is PROV CR 30Nov18   PayPal *AFFINITASGM?  They have been taking $64.92?  I did not authorize this. If anyone knows about this please tell me as soon as possible.

Is it showing in your paypal account?

Is it showing on your funding source?

Have you opened a dispute?

Did you get an email about it?

Is it showing in your subscriptions?
