I do not understand how I have not recieved the item I purchased 14 days ago, esclated a dispute to a claim but Paypal is waiting until the item is delivered before they make a decesion....the tracking number for this package has NOT WORKED since day 1......
any ideas or am I just out my money and paypal is going to do nothing as long as there are tracking numbers listed????
