I had to issue a refund for an item I never received back. The buyer slipped up and told me on the phone she threw it away and some how got a false document stating that ups threw it away. Now I believe that she has the item and my money. Where was the fair decision here. No information was requested from me. First decision from pay pal was that she return the item to me second decision was waiting for a document from her. According to my listing I would issue a refund once I received my item back. So seller protection BAH HUMBUG> Bunch of crooks somewhere.
