"We’re concerned about potential unauthorized activity" Problems!

So, recently I tried to purchase something off the internet, but the order failed. So I logged into my paypal account and all that happens is that it sends me to a screen that says this: We’re concerned about potential unauthorized activity.

So I click continue and fill out the form for "text me" But once i'm done, I cannot press the "Next" button. Once clicked, nothing happens. The screen is the same, and it's the same url. What's wrong?

You're not providiing enough information.

This is a PayPal user forum, not PayPal customer service.  For account-specific problems cal PayPal and talk to an account specialist before your issue becomes a severe account problem.

That's another problem I have. I can't call, so I have to email. I can't find paypal's contact email ANYWARE!
