can you remove limitations from your account without a credit card?

Some months ago I joined paypal but didn't use it until some weeks ago when a family member put 150 dollars in my account, I've so far wasted only 44 dollars and I am now remaining with 109 dollars and limited account. I do not own a credit card but have changed my password and updated my security questions, is there some way you can verify your account without owning a credit card, please? anyone?

if you are using funds in your paypal account balance then you need a back up card linked to your paypal account as well.

Do you have a bank debit card?  You can use that.  If you have a bank account, they usually come with a visa or mastercard debit/check card.
