Unable to refund until dispute is closed

hi i recently bought something expensive from a company and did not receive it. i filed a dispute and escalated it o a claim. now they tell me that they cant refund until i close the dispute and that the refund will take 48 hors. is this true? i have been unable to send more indo on the case as the comments are disabled whenesalated to a claim.... i have contacted customer support too, bu no reply as of yet. my address is within southern africa, attached the screenshot of the tracking... (working from my ipad, and now i cant attach the file?!?!?!) delivery has taken place of the item tracked, but delivery was in china!!! what should i do??? can anybody help

No its a lie and they are tryng to scam you!! if you close the dispute yo wont receive your refund
Never close a dispute until you are satisfied with the outcome
Because you have escalated to a claim you wont be able to add any more info its in ppals hands now
Call ppal and tell them they asked you to close the dispute
When you call dont select any options just hold on until you speak to someone
