The seller has been asked to respond but he didn't reply

Hi there,

 

I ordered a beauty product but there is a missing part so i opened a claim and escalated it. The seller has been asked to reply by end of June. But, he didn't reply, so what should i do next? Thanks.

Once escalated you just wait, unless PayPal requests otherwise.
