Someone added a new card and withdrew funds to it

I guess my PayPal account was hacked. Someone added a new debit card and withdrew money from my account. That happened at friday evening. I immediately changed my password and sent request to PayPal for support. No mail answer from them. I can't call them, they probably don't work on weekends. That new card expires in September, this year. And now it says that transfer is completed. How is it possible ? Didn't they need to check this new card somehow? I couldn't delete that second card from inside admin panel because transfer was in process.

Also, this new card isn't even confirmed. I don't know how to attach files, so I put a screenshot. http://i.imgur.com/Via4v2t.jpg

This is a total nightmare, I tried opening a dispute and it wouldn't allow it: http://i.imgur.com/Y0Rv8BR.jpg

Exactly same thing happened to me yesterday evening. The only difference is that I succeeded to report this to PayPal and now awaiting response from them.

I'm happy to say that PayPal returned money which was withdrawn to that unknown card. I recovered my 91$ that were transfered to that card and PayPal deleted that fake card.

I changed my password (it was combination of 9 letters and numbers before, but apparently, that wasn't strong enough) and I suggest all of you reading this to do the same thing and make it as strong (long) as possible.
