Seller charged one price, paypal took out another

I made a purchase at NFL.com and the total came to 49.80 but on my paypal account they have 57.00 taken out.  I contacted nfl.com and they indeed only charged me 49.80 so why did paypal take 7.20 more out?  I want my 7.20 back.

Unfortunately you would need to contact PayPal's customer support direct with your concerns as no one here has access to or can view user account information.

I did do that like 3 times and all I get is an automated response.
