This has been a nightmare. I ordered off of eBay (I shouldn't have ordered from someone with 0 feedback) and he said he would ship immediately. He gave me his cellphone number. Day 4 comes by and no response from eBay messages, phone calls, texts, nothing. I filed a claim, Paypal told me to wait 10 days, and it's now been 11 days since the claim has been escalated.
Seller has not respond to any of my multiple messages, and has not responded to the claim. How long am I suppose to wait for Paypal to refund me?
