Please return to the merchant's website and try using a different payment method (if available).)
On рсчетном PayPal account alarm no.
My Bank says that the request transaction of the translation is not поступает.
eBay didn't know what was the matter
To my requests on the internal mail PayPal is silent!

I sent PrtScr current my Bank account to service2intl.paypal.com.
