I tried to add money from my bank account today and it told me that I needed to check the Resolution Center because they didn't have enough information from me to transfer the funds.
Every time I go to check the resolution center, there are no case files listed, even if I check back two years, there is nothing there.
Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, how do I fix it?

Hi @TKaiser,
You may need to reach out to customer support on this if the Resolution Center isn't updating for you.
Customer support will be able to review your account and tell you what is needed to move forward. You can reach customer support by clicking "Contact us" on the PayPal website, @AskPayPal on Twitter or on the PayPal Facebook page.
