I am writing to solve a specific problem (when I am writing directly to paypal i am still getting auto response, that I have to do what actually i i have problem to do...). A few months ago I created new account (my second Paypal account) with U.S adress, but I am not a citizien of USA (I creeated it for short-term stay wiht adress of my temporary stay because some sellers do not accept payments from non-U.S. accounts). I transfered some money to this account from my primary account, and after that paypal imposed limitation for my new account. Now I can not do anything because I am not a citizen of USA, i do not have bank account and insurance in USA. How can I get the money back to the primary account?
