A first time client opened a claim staying she never received her $60 order, I provided PayPal with the tracking information showing that the package had been delayed but delivered (that's exactly what the USPS tracking said). They still refunded the lady, and she has yet to return my goods. So not only did they take the money back from my PayPal account but tracking states that the order was delivered to her. What should I do, I can not just give away money and goods like this. Someone please help and tell me why I should do. Bianca

The transaction details page for the payment will show you whether or not the transaction is covered by Seller Protection or not. Was it Eligible, Partially-Eligible, or Ineligible?
