Paypal claim( I can't respond)

Hi guys, I recently turned my dispute into a claim. And now, it shows that ' it requires my action', however when I click on the respond, there aren't any buttons or links to upload pictures or commentaries.

I can just see the following :

The seller has responded to our request for tracking information. We haven’t confirmed the tracking information yet but wanted to share it with you.

So my question is, how am I supposed to respond to this claim?, I already tried to contact paypal but I had some phone issues, and couldn't get to talk to them.

 

Can anyone help me please?
