anyone plese guide me my paypal account got limited? now what?

No one here can guide you as it depends on why your account was limited and whether its permanent or temporary.
If it was the latter then you would have received info from paypal on what to do.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
