PayPal Asks me to submit Email, Proof of address, Photo ID, but unable to login my account - Help!

My PayPal account is limited due to suspicious account activity, i have sumitted my Photo ID (driver's license) but my account isn't restored


On the otherhand PayPal asks me to submit additional documents like


1. Send them email

2. Submit proof of address

3. Submit Photo ID again


from resolution center and they have given me 10 days from the time when I received the email to submit all these documents


But i can't still login my account so how can I submit them these documents


When I try to login payPal says Suspicious account activity,


I need to contact PayPal but how can I contact them,


Assistance is needed from authority

Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary page and use the phone option (if there is one in the country you are in) > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".
