So I am a UK citizen resident outside the US. But I have a US second home that I visit twice a year. I do not work in the States and am not eligible for an SSN, EIN or ITIN. How do I deal with Paypal's requests, and their screens that allow no other response than entry of one of the above?
I am not a merchant, not selling things into the US, just someone who has used Paypal for purchases in the past.
