I accidentally closed the case.

from 24th of January, I can not get an answer.
I have not received the order. 

 

trying to add information to the center of solving problems, I accidentally closed the case.
Please return the case to investigate. Order is received. Seller is not responsible for my treatment.

Welcome to the community!

 

Community members aren't able to view your account to help with this issue.  I know cases cannot generally be reopened but I recommend contacting Customer Service to see if there are any other options as the case was closed by mistake.
