from 24th of January, I can not get an answer.
I have not received the order.
trying to add information to the center of solving problems, I accidentally closed the case.

Community members aren't able to view your account to help with this issue. I know cases cannot generally be reopened but I recommend contacting Customer Service to see if there are any other options as the case was closed by mistake.
