How do I prove that I sent a digital product?

Hi guys!

I am very excited as I have just sold my first digital product!!!

However, I have been reading recently that many people try to chargeback when they receive this sort of product as they just state that they haven't received the item (as there is no proof of postage/signature required on this type of postage).

I am wondering if there is a way of protecting myself against chargebacks by having a method that proves to paypal that I sent it just in case it occurs.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks
