I was ripped me off on Ebay. He sent products that were in horrible condition in contrast to the glowing description. He then agreed to refund my money if I returned the item. I returned the item, and he acknowledged receipt in emails stored by Ebay. After many promises, he failed to pay. I finally left negative feedback and went to open a case with EBay. Unfortunately I was outside 45 days, and they refused to do anything. Has anyone had this experience and been able to resolve it?
