I won a bid on an item on ebay and on the shipping the man says additional insurance is available for .78 per 100 dollars. I told the man that I wanted the additional insurance and as soon as the invoice was made I would send his money. He said there was no need for the insurance. (I had one damaged from a different guy with no insurance) So what should I do? I have a good standing with ebay 100% and don't want to damage that by not buying the item since I won it. What should I do?
