have a good record with paypal & had 3 loans all paid back - now I keep getting that code at the end of the page saying paypal capital not available to you at present. Need capital to pay for events up front for 2018 - very disappointing. any ideas anyone?

Did you ever get the loan. I am getting this code and I have had 6 previous loans with the same amount percentage of refunds. Yet, when I try again, I get this code.
