where is the balance manager? i am trying to keep an automatic balance on my account. there is no option to do this on the new site. only one-time additon of funds. i have been going through the website following broken links and nothing seems to work to access this feature. after speaking to customer service i was told this feature was now only available to business accounts, not personal. is this true? how can something so basic and necessary be taken away?
That's weird, Paypal definitely requested a transfer of money from my bank account using balance manager , I want to cancel this setting but I can't find it. Any suggestions on where to look?
