I am having the same problem. I can't find a retailer that keeps them in stock. I made an account on pay pal, transferred money from my bank account to pay pal, but can't access the money for a week! I thought if I made an account I would't have to go back to the retailer to buy another card. How wrong I was. So now I am back at square one. Pay Pal get your act together and FIX the problem. Either stop selling the cards or keep them stocked. Is there someone out there that can help me figure out how to get my money back or tell me how I can use the money with out having an actual pay pal card?
You transferred money from you bank account to your PayPal account and you state you can't access it. How are you trying to access the money in your PayPal account?
Then you mention about buying another card. How does that relate to the bank acocunt?
