I want to top up my paypal via my debit card. Last time I did this through ideal so there is a transfer record in my bank account, in which shown a receive account of paypal. In this case I just directly transfer money from my bank account to this paypal account. But It seems not work... I haven't receive it in my paypal. I am not sure the way I top up is right. Did anyone did the same before?
