I'm sorry if this might be a dumb question, but I can't figure it out and haven't been able to find info:
There's an app called ShopTracker; once a month, it's used by the company to track Amazon purchases. In return, I receive a $3 prepaid Visa 'virtual debit card' on a site called prepaidcode center.
I know it's all legitimate, as I've had it for a few months. In previous months, I've applied the card balance to my Amazon account, but what I'd like to know is: is there any way to apply it to my Paypal balance instead?

No, sorry. You can only add money to balance via bank or a PayPal My Cash Card. Better off using the $3.00 at Amazon.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
